Shipping Policy

SHIPMENTS

We have free shipping throughout the peninsula. For European or international shipments, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

Exchange and return policy

RETURNS

You can cancel your purchase and, therefore, return the purchased products freely within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

To proceed with your return you must follow these instructions:

  • Go to the "Contact" section and fill in the requested information.

  • Include your order number and the reason for the change.

  • Click "Send" to send us the contact form.

In order for you to return the products you have purchased, you will have to keep the garments in perfect condition, without having washed or used them, as well as with their label and original packaging. Otherwise, for reasons of hygiene, health and safety, returns will not be accepted. 

  

Once the return/withdrawal has been requested, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to return the product to OFF-LINE.

Upon receipt of the product in question and reviewed compliance with the above requirements, OFF-LINE will refund the amount due through the same means in which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. 

  

The amount to be refunded will be the amount that corresponds to the price of the returned item.

Any return or exchange requested will have to be made at the customer's expense and cost, as it is considered an extraordinary shipping method. This includes transport costs and import taxes of the country of destination (Spain), which must be deposited within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once you have made the payment of both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse according to the conditions set out above, we will refund the outstanding balances.

CHANGES 

You may request an exchange of any of our products within 14 days from the time of delivery, as long as stock is available and they are returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  • Include your order number and the reason for the change.

  • Click "Send" to send us the contact form.

*If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the product.
